Martin Coil can replicate any OEM coil or improve upon the original design while maintaining the fitment. Our evaporator coils are made to your exact application specifications. We offer a variety of circuiting and manifold options. Martin Coil is also capable of adding intermediate drain pans to replacement units, producing coils and pans from stainless steel or mild treated for corrosion protection.

THE EVAPORATOR COIL
Evaporator and DX coils can be exhausting to access and replace, and our experienced team of engineers provides quality service guaranteed to extend the longevity of existing coils and provide the finest evaporator and DX coil solutions, so you don’t have to do the same job more than once.
THE CONDENSER COIL
Available in both aluminum and copper fin configurations, we have manufactured condenser coils in a wide variety of sizes. Our custom sizing ranges from to 30-foot-long coils for large-scale, industrial HVAC applications. Capabilities include, smooth or enhanced tube wall thickness from .014 to .049 inches, tube diameters of 5/16, 3/8, and 1/2, or 5/8 inches, and fin thickness from .006 to .010 inches.
WATER COILS: HOT/COLD/GLYCOL
Through our exacting manufacturing process, Martin Coil can create AHRI-certified water coils suited for almost any specification. If your operation requires a replacement coil or a new system for OEM applications, Martin Coil can be your custom coil replacement source.
